People Pleasing and Setting Boundaries with Helen Snape

33m | Oct 27, 2020

As (currently) recovering “people pleasers,” we were so excited when Helen reached out to us to discuss how to say “no” to others in order to say “yes” to ourselves.

We walk through Helen’s journey from working in HR to becoming a boundary-centric relationship coach, discuss why people fall into the habit of “people pleasing,” and provide many tangible action items to help you learn to ask for what you need.

Helen is a trauma informed Relationship Coach who helps ‘good girls’ say ‘No’ by building boundaries, confidence and healthy relationship skills. Helen has been coaching for over 10 years, has a degree in Psychology from the University of Warwick and is qualified in transformational coaching and mindfulness. An award winning speaker, Helen has been interviewed on BBC Radio, at the Women's Economic Forum and been featured in Happiful magazine.
