Netflix is a joke.

And no, we're not talking about the show on Netflix which is also called Netflix is a joke.

We mean Netflix –the streaming service– is a joke.

A decade ago, Netflix revolutionized the film industry.

Now, they have 220 million subscribers, a butt-load of debt, a mountain of bad decisions and a shit-ton of shit shows and movies.

What happened?

Follow the lazy sages on a journey as we break down the streaming juggernaut.

Many Nigerians have heard of Thor, Zeus, Loki and Osiris.

A lot of you love them, a lot of you love their stories...

Some people even want to be them.

But what about Sango, Amadioha and Yemoja...

Why do Nigerians cringe when those names are called?

Why are their own deities associated with evil??

Why do they give more love to external mythologies while burying their own???

In this episode, the lazy sages will be diving into the concept of mythology and Nigeria's under-appreciation of their own mythology.

What do you do?

The lazy sages are here to answer that question.

Is one period better than the other?

Let's see if we can find out.
