What if you’re doing everything “healthy”… but your period is still missing? Carlin had always been active. Over time, intermittent fasting, restrictive eating, exercise, weight loss and life stress slowly became her normal. When she eventually had her IUD removed to start trying for a baby, her period never came back. After multiple doctors, bloodwork, ultrasounds and even an MRI left her without a clear answer, Carlin discovered hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA) and for the first time, her missing period started to make sense.
