A Conversation with Prisma Coffee's Eduardo Ambrocio

This month, we reached out to our good friend and longtime Guatemalan export partner Eduardo Ambrocio, the founder and director of Prisma Coffee Origins. Eduardo is one of the most experienced coffee professionals we know, having spent two decades as part of national coffee body Anacafé's QC team, where he developed strong relationships with people who have since become some of Guatemala's most celebrated producers and cooperatives.⁠
