The Garret Schuelke Podcast Episode 85: That's the End with Jim Zoetewey

In a writers life, some things must eventually end. For superhero fiction writer Jim Zoetewey, that time has come with the conclusion of his series THE LEGION OF NOTHING. To celebrate this achievement, Garret has Zoetewey back on the pod not to discuss the story, but the process, and the journey, of writing THE LEGION OF NOTHING--from its beginnings, to writing routines, how the story and characters had evolved, and how it feels to write a series for 19 years, put out 14 volumes, and ultimately produce over 1.8 million words!

Recorded via phone in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Saturday, September 12th, 2026.

Intro Song: "MR. WWIII" by Homeless Gospel Choir
