I know that sometimes it can feel difficult to do.
We can be so hard on ourselves for feeling the way that we do, but what if instead of fighting against those feelings, we just let them have space?
What would happen if we allowed ourselves to feel whatever it was that was going on inside of us without judgment or criticism?
