24. The Church Calendar

In this episode we discuss the Church Calendar (Advent, Christmastide, Epiphany. Lent, Easter, Pentecost, Ordinary Time.) and what impact it can/should have on Christian's lives today.

The Church Calendar supplies a narrative structure, focusing ones attention to the life of Christ and the story of the Church. It serves as a catechesis of the faith and provides unity for the body of Christ.
