    It was an absolute pleasure to interview Tom today and I would like to thank him personally for his honesty and openness on this episode - it really was a heartfelt one. I'm so thankful for him opening up to me and trusting me with his story.

    Today's episode is with a very special guest; British professional Latin and Ballroom dancer, West End/Broadway and Television star and Strictly Come Dancing LEGEND... Mr. Robin. Windsor!


    In this week's episode I get to chat to Robin about his start in the creative industry and competing in the Ballroom dance world from a very young age, his favourite job EVER, Robin shares a fabulous audition story, chats about what he is currently up to in the theatre world and of course answers a few questions about Strictly Come Dancing (including the audition process)! Robin also shares a really person story about a sliding door moment that changed his life forever. 


    I'd like to thank Robin so much for his time and advice and honesty on today's episode and wish him all the luck for the rest of his time on the UK Tour of 'Come What May!' which is currently touring the UK as I type! 


    It was pleasure to have him on the show and I loved that most sections ended up with us both in hysterics!

    In this week's episode I get to chat to Northern Beauty Chloe about her West End debut, her fantastic career since graduating, her time spent studying at Urdang, her audition experiences from being put on hold twice for a major West End show to writing her own monologue for an audition, to us bonding over both having the same worst ever dance audition experience! Chloe also shares a touching memory of the moment she knew as a youngster, that being a performer was going to be her job. This girl is a S T A R and I can't wait to see her flourish in the creative industry.

    In this week's episode I get to chat to Charlotte about growing up surrounded by singing, dancing, acting and how she turned that passion into a career, her vast variety of credits from Musical Theatre to being the Voice of Morrisons, her wonderful relationship with her fellow West End Hubby and how she’s continued working and thriving in a very competitive industry since graduating.

    *Charlotte also hints to us about her role in the new up and coming Wonka film!*

    I would personally like to thank Charlotte so much for her time, advice, but also her openness and honestly about what it’s like being a working Mum within the creative industry, as she shares what it was like returning to work after having her first child. She is certainly someone I admire and I found her interview incredibly inspiring.

    HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2023! Can you believe it?! It's been far too long but I am back and I am really excited for this new year and for this season!

    So today I am back with Episode 2 of Season 4 and this episode is with a very special guest; Professional Dancer, Choreographer, Teacher and Creative Director of 'The IT Girls'... Tracy Dennis! A woman I both love and admire and who is someone that I have had the pleasure of working for over the last few years.

    In this week's episode I get to chat with Tracy about all things 'The IT Girls', how Tracy started in the industry, how she's run a super successful Luxury Entertainment Brand for nearly 20 years, her first ever professional job in Japan (WOW!) and her most recent business venture, her new 'Sparkle Like You Mean It' dance workshops!

    Have you missed me? I've missed you! It's been too long! I'm back from New York and wanted to squeeze in an episode with this amazing guest before I am off again to Canada! It really is a fantastic episode - which we recorded back in May before my next guest landed one of the biggest roles in 21st Century Musical Theatre!

    So today I am back with Episode 1 of Season 4 and this episode is with my very special guest; west end performer and current leading lady of Heathers the Musical (London) it's the unstoppable, Erin Caldwell!

    In this week's episode I get to chat with the Scottish beauty about her tenacity and drive within the industry, her training at GSA, her previous successes, including Pretty Woman (West End) and how she landed the role, her television work in Scotland as a young actor and her experience as a runner for major theatre casting Director Jim Arnold.

    In this week's episode we focus on Mel's previous career as a performer, her agent audition DOs & DONTS, exactly what the panel are looking for, why you shouldn't always choose a ballad AND we also chat about the hilarious circumstances that we became agent & client 5 years ago!


    Before Mel became an agent, she trained at Hertfordshire Theatre School for 3 years and gained a diploma in Acting/Musical Theatre, going onto perform in showcases in the West End at the Fortune Theatre and Her Majesty’s Theatre. Mel also previously travelled around Europe singing in a variety of different shows including performing as a lead vocalist with a Jazz Band and appearing in her own cabaret. Her TV credits include: ‘Asda’ (a story you won't want to miss!) ‘Vauxhall’ and ‘Classic FM’.

    I'm back with Episode 3 and this next episode is with special guest, stage & screen actor, writer, Goldsmiths' & International School of Screen Acting graduate and my childhood friend Afsaneh (or Affs as I fondly call her!)


    This week's episode is packed with content as we chat all about Affie's honest and first hand experiences of auditioning for both screen and stage and the major differences between the two, how we both fell in love with the arts after performing in shows as children/teens and how that love is still very much alive. Plus, if you want some fantastic pieces of advice about what to do pre & post auditions - then you will love this ep!


    This episode is also a very personal insight into what it's been like for Affie auditioning as both a professional actor and as a young budding performer - and I myself, learnt a lot about Affie during this episode and I really do thank her so much for sharing her stories with me. The good AND the bad. I am very proud of her and I would just love to go back to 2008 and tell our younger selves that we would follow our dreams and become actors.
