SHOW / EPISODE

Grief Phones, Goats, Jim Morrison, Sam McGee, and The End for Now

Season 1 | Episode 8
47m | Sep 28, 2026

It is the official Termination Dust Season 1 finale and listeners are in for a treat. Together they listen to Linda's childhood toy, a deep cut unearthed from the bowels of community radio on what it means to commit to working and living in Ketchikan, then they expose Linda's winter project "The First Grief Phone in Alaska". They ponder what next season will bring, and Patrick gives a riveting rendition of The Cremation of Sam McGee. It's a hoot. It's a hollar. It's the pfffft heard round the world.

Termination Dust staff invite you to attend the Main Street Gallery on Oct. 2nd 2026, where some of Patrick's other talents will be displayed. Linda would like to mention that this episode artwork is all her (it is actually Linda in 1990).
