CASA of the Laurel Highlands with Tyler

We speak with Tyler, program director for Court Appointed Special Advocates, better known as CASA, through Beginnings, Inc. Tyler is also on the Board at Stackhouse park, where he shoots photography in his free time. We talk about parking downtown, the business environment downtown and Tyler's thoughts on our 'Sleepy Mountain Town.'
