There isn&#39;t a lot of immediate information for help in the mental help field. And just hearing about some of these skills would have helped me. The DEAR MAN skill was the first thing I learned in the Partial Hospitalization program. This is one of the pivotal skills on my Mental Health journey. When you learn how to communicate what you need from those around you, and how to set boundaries, a whole new world opens up to you. Every one should enjoy life together. By learning how to fix issues the instant they arise, the more you open yourself to happiness with those close to you.

This week I decided to share one of my favorite shows. Whenever I&#39;m struggling a lot, and I need to make it to my next therapy appointment I turn this show on. There are so many brilliant therapists on this show helping people cope with mental illness. While I don&#39;t have hoarding disorder, I&#39;m inspired every day by the people working to better their lives with the help of some amazing doctors.
