EP. 13 Setting and Achieving Life Goals

Season 1
35m | Nov 1, 2020

Our guest today is Dory Abelman. Dory is this host of the Learn2Love podcast that brings together curated teachings from a variety of books, podcasts, and articles on how to build a great relationship. The Learn2Love podcast is a passion project that originated from the belief that healthy love is a skill that can be learned, trained, and mastered like a muscle. Dory's vision is a world with more relationship intelligence resulting in healthier and stronger families. To move toward this vision, Dory and his partner have organized a team powered by volunteers who invest their free time gathering valuable content to bring to you at no charge.

I am excited to talk with Dory about the importance of goals, intention, and one of the 7 types of self-care that we discuss on this podcast-- Social Self-Care. Join the conversation as we discuss some key techniques to develop and maintain your social-emotional wellness.
