EP. 17 Self-Care and Gratitude

Season 1
28m | Nov 29, 2020

2020 has been a heck of a year and it's still not over! For some of us, everything still seems unclear, and the worst seems possible. As we come back from the Thanksgiving Holiday, I want to talk a bit about gratitude and its benefits for self-care and our mental health. Hopefully each of us have had our individual experiences that have made this year more wonderful than horrible. I want to challenge you to focus on those positive moments and reflect on them with gratitude. Individuals who have a regular gratitude practice are healthier, happier, and have better relationships. Further research suggests that gratitude is also key in helping individuals persevere in challenging times. Listen in as I share some practical ways that you can practice gratitude to help you cope in your journey through life.
