EP. 15 Listen to Your Body

Season 1
29m | Nov 15, 2020

If you’ve been practicing self-care for a while now, then you’ve probably come across the advice to “listen to your body.” But what exactly does that even mean? Listening to your body includes being attentive to all messages you receive from your body concerning your physical, emotional and mental well-being. Our bodies are one of our best sources of information. These sensations are there for a reason, and are very important to tune in to because our bodies know exactly what they need to be nourished, fulfilled, happy, and whole. And so in today’s episode, I want to encourage you to tune into your body and take action with the data you receive by actually giving your body what it needs.
