EP. 10 You Need Boundaries

Season 1
23m | Oct 11, 2020

Boundaries let others know how to treat us. It includes knowing and understanding what your limits are. The purpose of setting a healthy boundary is to protect and take good care of YOU. A lack of boundaries opens the door for others to determine your thoughts, feelings, and needs.

Setting and sustaining boundaries is a skill and for many of us it is a relatively new concept and a challenging one. Today we will be discussing both physical boundaries and emotional boundaries and how to build and preserve better boundaries with ourselves and in relationships so you can start to teach people how to treat you.
