Being your authentic self and practicing self-love = FREEDOM, yet so many of us struggle with these two basic rights as women, keeping our freak flags half mast at most!
Join Lisa Russell (Personal Trainer, Music Freak, and Introvert at Heart) weekly as she shares health and fitness advice (including the mental side of health), personal stories, fears, random thoughts, and shenanigans.
If you’re looking for discussions and conversations that bring out your inner bad ass, your ugly laugh, and yet inspire and motivate you to be and do better for YOU! This is your show!
You are NOT alone with your inner dialogue and all of those random thoughts, ideas, insecurities and anxieties. It's a roller coaster being human...why not ride together and share the crazy!
