    Over-thinking - to put too much time into thinking about or analyzing something in a way that is more harmful than helpful. 

    Overthinking can be a habit that holds us back from taking action. I’m all about flipping the script and practicing under-thinking! It could be a decision, a task, or even letting go of unnecessary words or worries. 

    Under Thinking + Low and Slow Breathing = The Magic 

    Over Thinking + High and Tight Breathing = The Pucker 

    "He second guessed everything and had a puckered butt hole" is not* something you want on your tombstone.

  • Episode 89: Against All Odd w/ Miranda Ortiz

    Since being diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis at the age of 12, Miranda Ortiz has defied all odds. According to statistics, she shouldn't have made it passed the age of 17.

    And yet, many years later, she is a loving mother of a healthy 6 year old daughter.

    In order to live, she must have an oxygen tank on her at all times. And she's currently working hard to get on the transplant list for a new set of lungs (which is not an easy process).

    This tear-jerking conversation will help bring awareness to PF and Dermatomyositis and also inspire and motivate you to live in the moment.

    1) Understanding Your Goals:

    Setting clear, achievable goals is the foundational step in optimizing your gym membership. Whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, endurance enhancement, or overall fitness improvement, defining these objectives enables tailored workout plans and motivates consistent effort.

    2) Planning and Scheduling:

    A structured plan is indispensable. Design a workout regimen aligned with your goals, incorporating diverse exercises targeting different muscle groups and aspects of fitness. Schedule these sessions realistically, accounting for other commitments, to ensure regularity and avoid burnout.

    3) Consistency and Punctuality:

    Consistency is the bedrock of progress. Showing up consistently and punctually is non-negotiable. Adhering to a routine cultivates discipline and ensures you make the most of every session, optimizing your time and effort.
