This podcast is about hope. Not airy-fairy hope, but the hope that comes from "doing the work" to transform both ourselves and our communities.
What if the purpose of life is to develop virtues, and by their aid gradually move the world forward? What if contemporary, science-based research confirms what sacred texts of the world have always upheld about virtue, and adds even more impetus to their importance?
In this podcast Auntie Debbie shares brief thoughts about how we might develop our own selves and contribute to the betterment of the world. Welcome.
