RAB Workouts Sessions

This podcast is about a 30 day workout program with minimal effort of time, exercise and equipment and maximum output. You can do this workout everyday for half an hour in your drawing room while watching TV. The only equipment you would need are a pair of light and a heavy weight dumbbells, a yoga mat, a towel and water. This program can be pursued by people of ages 15 to 65 years.
