Despite facing skepticism from those around her, Brittany followed her inner intuition and embarked on a path of self-discovery, ultimately rediscovering herself and her potential. Having personally experienced and overcome various challenges, she is now able to truly help others in their own journeys. Brittany emphasizes the importance of establishing routines, especially during the early morning and evening when the mind is most impressionable. She also highlights the significance of building positive habits, as they shape how we approach both small and significant aspects of our lives.

In the podcast, Brittany shares an inspiring quote she lives by, which originated from one of her former bosses: "You CAN have it all." As women, society often leads us to believe that we are asking for too much. However, Brittany firmly believes that we should never let anyone convince us that we cannot achieve our dreams. While it may not be feasible to have everything simultaneously, she asserts that with perseverance, resilience, hard work, consistency, and focus, we can attain our desired business or career, a loving family, a supportive partner, our dream home, good health, financial security, and the ability to pursue passion projects or side businesses. Brittany's message is that if others have achieved the life we dream of, it is undoubtedly possible for us as well.
