On the twenty-fourth episode of the P.O.T.N👑. Podcast Takura was joined by Trevor aka 3.T. who is a creative, determined, and patient individual. In his episode, he shares his love for making music, photography, and fashion. Trevor explains how he got into making music and how famous artists like 50 Cent and Lil Wayne helped shape his style of rap and sound. Trevor tells us more about 3.T. and how his persona has enabled him to rap on situations and scenarios that test his creative limits. Trevor is eternally grateful for the input and support he received from his parents who raised him, gave him wisdom, and supported all his ambitions. In times of difficult challenges where we may get discouraged Trevor reminds us that it is important, we remember where we came from and the progress we’ve made to get to where we are. He references DJ Khaled who is a global music icon, as well as an optimistic person. Trevor mentions that we all have dreams and ambitions so like DJ Khaled we should aim to inspire and support ourselves and everyone around us. When faced with challenges Trevor believes we should not get disheartened and work our hardest to overcome them. In addition to that, he encourages all of us to take breaks and recharge before working on anything or tackling the challenges we face. Trevor reminds us all that we have done a lot and worked hard to get to where we are and we should never be discouraged if we encounter tough times or failures. In terms of his view on failure, he believes it isn’t denial, but it is a phase of revealing problems within the process of becoming successful. Trevor encourages us to use failure as an incentive to get better, learn new ways of tackling challenges and help us grow as individuals. Going forward he is excited about the many projects he is working on and where they can potentially lead him and his team. He is also excited at the prospect of seeing everyone grow and become better as well. As a form of self-reflection, Trevor believes he works best under pressure and working toward targets and deadlines. He mentions that we should do things we love and make us happy, that way whenever we do them it’ll feel as if we are having fun and that will help us complete those things more efficiently. He acknowledges that in everything we do there is a fun side and the business side which is less fun. Trevor tells us it is important to maintain discipline when we work on the less interesting tasks of our passions. As we complete them, we enable ourselves to work more productively. In his closing remarks Trevor encourages us to work hard on our dreams, View failures as detours not dead ends, and keep going because we are destined to be great, and we will get there. An amazing testimony from a phenomenal individual that encompasses all the values of P.O.T.N👑.
