On this episode Faz sits down with MYPROTEIN athlete Riaz Uddin who started an Instagram fitness page around the age of 19 and is now working in partnership with the huge fitness company MYPROTEIN and also running a video/photography business on the side along with finishing his University degree in audiology.  

Riaz educates Faz on how the online fitness coaching works and also speaks on his religious beliefs and staying true to it by not taking any topless pictures for instagram. They also discuss the fact that Riaz is Bengali and how there aren't many Bengali fitness characters within the industry.

On this episode, Faz ask's his friend of 10 years+ Corey, some deep questions relating to his journey as a musician and producer. Having had a few successes so far, Faz tries to understand why Corey is still not able to become a full time musician and how he plans to change his ways to be able to do music full time and sustain a life from it. Corey also discusses his story on how he won the 2018 Red Bull's "Raise The Bar" competition which he, at first, was not even planning on applying for. Not only that, Corey explains how he had the courage to stand up in front of a crowd full of people in a seminar and tell a representative from Ableton (an audio production software), that he has been using a bootleg version! Fast forward a few months he was able to land a role with Ableton to carry out workshops and get an original version of the software!
