Lisa is a public speaking coach, adjunct professor, author and long-time fitness enthusiast who shares her love of Pilates with clients through ongoing live classes from her home. Lisa is a certified Global CBD Pilates Mat Instructor.
Lisa was drawn to Pilates because this form of exercise improves muscle tone, flexibility, balance and posture plus it’s easy on the joints. Pilates is good for all ages and can be practiced anywhere. Whether you’re a novice or you're a Pilates regular, join Lisa for this free online class. No fancy equipment needed – just a mat, some water, and the zoom link.
