Know Who You Solve It For
In the last episode, you clarified the problem you want to solve, the value you want to create, and your working Solution.
Now it’s time to add the next essential piece:
Who is this Solution actually for?
In this episode, we look at the difference between followers and your Target Audience, why specificity matters, and how to define the people most likely to need or value your Solution — without getting trapped in a perfect-customer exercise before you’re ready.
You’ll work through four simple fit checks:
Problem Fit — who genuinely experiences the problem?
Value Fit — for whom would solving or improving this problem create meaningful value?
Solution Fit — who is likely to benefit from the Solution you can provide?
Evidence Fit — what makes you think these are the right people to begin with?
Then you’ll bring the WHO and the WHAT together into a clearer working Solution Statement.
The goal is not maximum detail.
It’s useful specificity.
Be as specific as the evidence reasonably allows today — and be willing to refine that specificity as you learn.

Progress over perfection.
Build at your own pace.
Build on your own terms.
Because reinvention isn’t about starting over.
It’s about starting truer.
