Build a Plan That Fits Your Capacity
Knowing what your business needs is one thing.
Knowing how to build it without overwhelming yourself is another.
In this episode, we take the Essential Minimum you defined in Episode 43 and turn it into a practical Minimum Build Path—a high-level route showing the major steps and dependencies needed to move from where you are now to a functioning version of your chosen business.
You’ll learn how to:
- bring forward your Essential Minimum without reopening the gap exercise;
- identify the major steps or milestones needed to make each component functional;
- use known dependencies to shape your build route;
- apply the ASK decision lens—Audience, Stage and Kapacity — to decide how to move through that route;
- choose your Starting Build Priority;
- define your Next Carryable Action;
- create a Sustainable Rhythm that fits your real capacity;
- and review and adjust the plan as you learn.
The goal is not to create a giant project plan.
It is to see enough of the route to know where you are going—without trying to carry the whole build at once.
Because capacity is not a verdict on what you are capable of becoming.
It is a design input for what you can responsibly carry now.
