GUEST INTRO - Britta Buchanan

Britta Buchanan is the founder of Aligned and Undefined. She spent much of her 20s feeling disconnected and lonely, without quite realizing it. She found Human Design early on in her Saturn Return Season, which coincided with the extended time at home brought on by Covid lockdowns. Though she initially dismissed it (she did not believe in astrology or channeling at the time), Britta’s intuition guided her back to it about a year later. Long story short, Human Design, particularly the information about her Reflector aura, ended up being a catalyst for Britta.

Britta also discovered the Akashic Records - a tool that immediately piqued her interest. When she first entered her Akashic Records in March of 2023, she was astounded by what she was able to learn and heal about herself. 

Aligned and Undefined was born in April 2023 when Britta changed her Instagram handle to the name. She launched her website and officially considered a business owner in August 2023, offering Akashic Records and Human Design Sessions to clients. Britta added copywriting and editing services in October 2024. In many ways, the journey is just beginning! Evolutions will continue, stay tuned!

Since Leslie was a child, she was tapped into the world of psychic mediumship, without awareness of her gifts. She frequently knew of events before they happened, heard whispers in the quiet around her, felt the touch of spirit, and saw the inexplicable in the stillness of her surroundings. Megan Warren is a dedicated professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. She is currently working for CMI Moulding in San Marcos, TX, where she excels in all parts of the framing process, as well as in customer service, and administrative tasks. Pomodoro Timers - use Tomato Timer or Focus Booster to break work into intervals of 25 minutes of focused work followed by a short break to increase productivity - Body Doubling helps a lot here! You can even body double with people remotely via Zoom!

Focus Management Apps - explore Forrest or Freedom which block distracting websites and apps during work sessions to maintain concentration 

Email Marketing Systems - to manage your leads and help nurture the buyers 

Tools for Communication - Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord for quick communication

Asynchronous Communication Platforms - Basecamp, Twist, Notion enabling people to work at their own pace

Streamline repetitive tasks with Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate with automations
