    GUEST INTRO - Britta Buchanan

Britta Buchanan is the founder of Aligned and Undefined. She spent much of her 20s feeling disconnected and lonely, without quite realizing it. She found Human Design early on in her Saturn Return Season, which coincided with the extended time at home brought on by Covid lockdowns. Though she initially dismissed it (she did not believe in astrology or channeling at the time), Britta’s intuition guided her back to it about a year later. Long story short, Human Design, particularly the information about her Reflector aura, ended up being a catalyst for Britta.

Britta also discovered the Akashic Records - a tool that immediately piqued her interest. When she first entered her Akashic Records in March of 2023, she was astounded by what she was able to learn and heal about herself.

Aligned and Undefined was born in April 2023 when Britta changed her Instagram handle to the name. She launched her website and officially considered a business owner in August 2023, offering Akashic Records and Human Design Sessions to clients. Britta added copywriting and editing services in October 2024. In many ways, the journey is just beginning! Evolutions will continue, stay tuned!

    GUEST INTRO - Jennifer Winkelman

Born and raised surrounded by the scenic beauty of Northern Michigan, Jennifer now feels lucky to call Montana home. Her journey across the United States spans nearly two decades: She achieved her dream of modeling in her mid-twenties, representing Dodge for NASCAR and Chrysler for the Auto Show circuit. She was one of the inaugural 50 female promotional pro drivers for JEEP and Ram. Jennifer’s influence extended beyond the automotive realm, as she lent her charisma to brands such as AT&T and Coca-Cola. She graced iconic events like the Super Bowl, All-Star Games, and Final Four. Jennifer’s images have been showcased in international publications, including a display at the Louvre Museum in Paris, France.

Jennifer combined her passion for music by collaborating with Rock and Roll magazines and production companies. She worked with renowned bands ranging from Candlebox to Megadeth, and festivals from Electric Forest to Rockville. Amidst her adventures, Jennifer learned the important connection between community and marketing. She made and built long-lasting friendships across the United States. Jennifer, always the social butterfly, has a passion for sisterhood, first inspired by the Girl Scouts. Friends and family are top priorities for Jennifer.

She and her cousin Lisa Fix created Girl Talk of Age to nurture connections and empower women. Among Jennifer’s other loves are traveling, music, crafts, plants, gardening, and the outdoors. She and her partner Ross rekindled their relationship after 16 years, sharing her first dog, Freddy. Because of Freddy, Jennifer is a bonafide “Dog Mom.” He was the inspiration for GTOA offering doggie discounts which led to our organization offering a variety of discounts – beauty, clothing, plants, music, sports, candles, pets, etc. – to its members.

GUEST INTRO - Psychic Medium Leslie Werling

Since Leslie was a child, she was tapped into the world of psychic mediumship, without awareness of her gifts. She frequently knew of events before they happened, heard whispers in the quiet around her, felt the touch of spirit, and saw the inexplicable in the stillness of her surroundings. Yet, like so many others who are lightworkers, she dulled her senses over time out of fear: the fear of the unknown and most especially, the fear of what others would think.

Despite her efforts to ignore these abilities, Leslie's Clair-senses gained strength and altered over time, leading her to seek help so that she could understand her experiences, rather than live in fear and without control. The early stages of her journey required a great deal of healing and patience, as she sought out the necessary tools and knowledge to further develop her craft. During that process Leslie gained a deeper awareness of energy, learning about the angels, spirit and other light beings, and how she can communicate with them in various ways. With the gift of clairaudience she can hear their words, gain innate knowledge through claircognizance, feel physical sensations and emotions spirits have felt with clairsentience, as well as receive visual communication through the gift of clairvoyance.

At the beginning of her journey, Leslie sought training with a local psychic medium in Austin, Texas, and later progressed to work with celebrity Medium Lisa Williams. Since then, she has studied at the world-renowned Arthur Findley College, including having completed a mediumship intensive with internationally acclaimed Medium Chris Drew.

Over the years her clientele has expanded from the local central Texas market to include celebrities and souls located across the country and around the world.

After attending the Neurodiverse Entrepreneur Summit, I needed to share some love for the Neurodiverse community!

Mark your calendars for next year! https://neurodiverseentrepreneursummit.com/

Topics covered ADHD in Entrepreneurship and the fact that most entrepreneurs have ADHD because it is seen as a superpower in business, but it will cause chaos internally in your business if it is not managed properly.

Some systems to consider for folks who struggle with distractibility would be:

Digital Calendars - Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple Calendar to organize your schedule and keep track of appointments

Scheduling Apps - Calendly and Acuity can streamline scheduling reducing time spent on the back and forth coordination

Reminder Systems - built in reminders on smartphones or apps like ToDoist can help to make sure important tasks are not forgotten

Pomodoro Timers - use Tomato Timer or Focus Booster to break work into intervals of 25 minutes of focused work followed by a short break to increase productivity - Body Doubling helps a lot here! You can even body double with people remotely via Zoom!

Focus Management Apps - explore Forrest or Freedom which block distracting websites and apps during work sessions to maintain concentration

Email Marketing Systems - to manage your leads and help nurture the buyers

Tools for Communication - Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord for quick communication

Asynchronous Communication Platforms - Basecamp, Twist, Notion enabling people to work at their own pace

Streamline repetitive tasks with Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate with automations

CRM Systems - Honeybook, Dubsado, or Bonsai help you manage it all

Mindfulness practices - apps include Calm, Headspace, can help you manage stress and increase creativity along with frequent breaks.

Don't forget to tune in next week, where we hear about what it's like to be diagnosed later in life and how that can impact your work environment if your employer does not understand accommodations.
