BEARS DROP 59! Caleb Williams & D’Andre Swift DOMINATE Panthers In WILD Week 1 Win 🔥🐻
31m | Sep 13, 2026The Chicago Bears opened the 2026 season with an offensive EXPLOSION, beating the Carolina Panthers 59-37 in Week 1.
Caleb Williams was in complete control, finishing 21-of-29 for 269 passing yards and 2 touchdowns, while adding 65 rushing yards and 2 more scores on the ground — 4 total touchdowns in the season opener.
And the Bears’ rushing attack was ridiculous.
💥 D’Andre Swift: 18 carries, 124 yards, 3 TDs
🔥 Kyle Monangai: 10 carries, 100 yards, 1 TD, including a 61-yard score
🎯 Kalif Raymond: 8 catches, 84 yards
⚡ Luther Burden III: 5 catches, 63 yards
🐻 Chicago: 552 total yards, 7.9 yards per play and 59 points
The Bears also won the turnover battle 3-1, helping turn a competitive first half into an offensive avalanche. Caleb scored twice with his legs, Swift found the end zone three times, and Chicago piled up 31 first-half points before scoring another 28 after halftime.
Bryce Young and Carolina moved the football — Young threw for 361 yards and 3 TDs — but the Panthers simply could not keep pace with Ben Johnson’s offense.
Haize breaks down the biggest performances, what Chicago still needs to clean up defensively, and whether this 59-point eruption is the first sign that the Bears offense could become one of the NFL’s most dangerous units.
