Adam and Tom discuss the 2002 gangster epic, City of God. We go into how this movie was filmed and how the nature of it being a foreign film helps it stand out amongst so many gangster movies.

This week we talk about Upgrade. A science fiction horror film from the writer of Saw and director of the Invisible Man remake. We go in depth on the themes of the movie along with the amazing cinematography of the film.

Tom and Adam talk important issues as we analyze Blindspotting. A film about a couple of friends dealing with everyday life in their home city of Oakland, we will talk about the movie and go deep into it's themes of race relations, gentrification, and police violence.
