The Rubber Duck Investigation - Ep 29 w/ Jacob Rattner

Episode 29
1h 3m | Oct 12, 2026

Episode 29 of No Wrong Answers takes us down one of the most important rabbit holes in human history: rubber ducks. 🦆 We try to figure out how many are sold, how they were invented, and what the world is even doing with all of them. Jacob somehow nails the answer while Elisa may or may not have misunderstood the question entirely.

We also debate which fictional characters would be the absolute WORST to get trapped in an elevator with, from horror movie villains to Cam from Modern Family, Michael Scott, Sheldon Cooper, and even Stuart Little. Naturally, Stuart Little raises some VERY important questions about the logistics of his entire universe.

We also discuss:

🦆 The worldwide rubber duck economy

🧠 Jacob's suspiciously accurate guessing abilities

🪅 The deeply questionable origins of the piñata

🐒 Where monkeys live (the monkey forest...)

🤐 Which animals can and absolutely cannot keep a secret

🐬 Why dolphins might be better at keeping secrets than your dog

😂 Jacob's terrible puns and Elisa's increasingly limited patience
