Wow ! Massive respect to Marko @grew_2806 for opening up about his big list of bad luck and difficulties growing up. It seems the nicest of folk get dealt the worst cards but only a true soldier comes through with a smile on his face! Listen to his story and how since the last chat in April he surprisingly decided to give plant based a go. Not only has it changed his health for the better but he's also started to delve into the madness and bullsh*t of animal agriculture. For the first time in 12 years his test results are showing no inflammation and its the best news I've heard all year. We got him onto a training plan and absolutely gutted as the hernia is playing up but can't wait to get back to it when healed!
