Maybe This Is How It Starts- The Podcast-- project put together during COVID proved to be a personal research into unconventional mental health methodologies. The original idea was sharing my personal story of how I dug deep into unconventional mental health and how it helped me transition into a life of emotional regulation. But I was having so much fun that I forgot to share my story. Season 1 allowed me to connect with so many professionals, both conventional and unconventional, all across the country. I want to thank them and thank the coaches and colleagues who helped me put this little podcast together. It was a dream of mine. Season 2 will definitely be more human and hands-on. See you then!
