Keep Being Honest with Eric Uresk - Personal Coach and Mentor for Men & Women

Season 4 | Episode 5

55m | Oct 5, 2026

Hello beautiful community,

Today on this 9/9 portal, my dear soul family and mentor Eric Uresk and I recorded this convo and WOW this is a potent conversation and one of my favorite episodes to date on Mic Drop Sun Drip.

Eric and his wife Azimah are my soul family and friends and are counterparts in Divine Union and they've been on the show before in 2023 - I'll post that episode here at some point from the archives (from podcast prior to Mic Drop Sun Drip.)

My prayer is Eric opens up within you the places and spaces within you, that you've been afraid of looking at or allowing to be witnessed by you or those you love. And that you take a leap of faith and dive within your inner world so you can rise victoriously in the outer world so we can all experience your magic.

It's time for us all to walk in our purpose.

To anyone watching, I HIGHLY recommend working with Eric if you're ready to be supported in doing deep, transformational work to BREAK FREE of every perceived fear, block, limit, fear, wound, and trauma you've carried around with you.

It's time my friends - may we all heal and rise into OUR LIGHT.

Love,

About Eric:

Eric Uresk is a coach, facilitator, and retired professional MMA fighter based in San Diego. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo black belt, he spent years competing and coaching at Alliance MMA and Phuket Top Team before turning his attention to the inner work that endurance sports and combat quietly demand.

Today he runs Eric Uresk Coaching, working with individuals, couples, and groups, and co-founded The Work SD, a men's personal development community. His approach draws on somatic practice, parts work, EFT, and shadow work, anchored by his own framework, Stepping Out of the Story, which helps people separate what actually happened from the story they've built around it. A native New Yorker who has also lived in Thailand and the UK, Eric works at the intersection of embodied presence, relational honesty, and self-leadership.
