We are drawing nearer and nearer to the final episode of the "Ja Neh" series! We are wrapping up our beloved series by using the expression "Ja neh" to chat about bits of our lives that we have been at war with and how we used "gentleness" as our weapons to win the war!

In this episode we talk about not dwelling on alternative realities and making peace with parts of your life that are "unlived", "getting over" things vs "letting go" of things, and receiving what you need when you need t.
