On Language and the Constitution - with RV Lebrilla of SOLFED

On the occasion of "National Language Month" we talk to RV Lebrilla, a member of the organization Save our Languages through Federalism (SOLFED) where he brings up the problem of the National Language policy enshrined in the constitution and how it actually curtails the freedom of expression of Filipinos to speak any of the 170+ languages being natively spoken in the country for the sake of "Wikang Filipino" and how addressing the matter requires looking at the matter from a different perspective from what policymakers may be accustomed to or from what many might expect.
