This week on Kode Kast we meet Jason Benjamin, founder of Within App: a first-of-its-kind self-talk audio journal. Born on the tiny island of Dominica, Jason grew up in Houston as an undocumented immigrant until he was 21 years old. Dubbed 'The Chamelon' by a Myers Briggs test, he describes how much of his life was spent adapting to different environments and people. "It all felt like a play...playing a role to feel safe."

This led Jason down a long journey of self-discovery characterized by 12-step meetings, years of therapy sessions, a marriage, and sprinkle a casual Emmy in there why don't we.
