I find this to be a more sustainable alternative to a New Year’s resolution. My perspectives on the word morph and flow, and this allows me to avoid the pressure and disappointment of fixed goals. Instead, this practice helps me grow in a self-guided, non-linear fashion by reflecting on the situations I encounter.

Join me as I explore what I’ve learned from my struggles with my word, “immersion”, and how I found unexpected meaning as I challenged myself to connect with my community this year.
