• ITV #271: She Went From Making $10K a Day to Building a Seven-Figure Tax Business | Inside The Vault

Cheyenne Drayton’s story is bigger than taxes.

Before becoming a multi-seven-figure business owner, Cheyenne says she was making roughly $10,000 a day in the streets. But behind the money was survival mode, instability, and a life that almost cost her everything.

After being robbed, raided, spending five days in jail, and losing custody of her children, Cheyenne made a decision: there was no Plan B.

She went all in on the tax industry.

In her first year, Cheyenne says she built a team of more than 300 tax professionals and generated approximately $464,000. Pasted text

Inside the Vault, Cheyenne opens up to Ash Cash about growing up homeless, becoming a teenage mother, rebuilding her life after the streets, learning how to manage money, creating income beyond tax season, and using AI and automation to build a business that gives her more time with her three sons.

She also shares why her greatest wins aren’t always the million-dollar results — sometimes it’s watching someone on her team go from sleeping in a car to finally being able to support themselves.

    In this episode:

    • Making $10K a day in the streets

    • The robbery that made her question everything

    • Getting raided, going to jail, and losing her children

    • Making $464K her first year in taxes

    • Scaling to 300+ tax professionals

    • Creating income outside of tax season

    • Monthly recurring revenue and digital products

    • Using AI to answer client and team questions 24/7

    • Automating a business so you can get your time back

    • Motherhood, faith, and raising three boys

    • Supporting her son through Duchenne muscular dystrophy

    • Why your past does not have to determine your future

    • Learning to love yourself instead of searching for it in others

Cheyenne’s message is simple: sometimes nobody is coming to save you — and your future does not have to look like what you’ve been through. Pasted text

  • ITV #270: The $10 Trillion Wealth Transfer Most People Don’t Even Know Is Happening | Inside The Vault

One of the largest wealth transfers in American history is happening right now — and most people are too distracted to see it.

Derek Boone, Joy Hunt, and Ramel Newerls return to Inside the Vault with Ash Cash for a special conversation about what they call The Wealth Code: how to build income, protect it, leverage it, and pass it down.

Ramel breaks down why thousands of baby boomers retiring every day could create one of the biggest ownership opportunities in history as profitable small businesses change hands. Instead of starting from scratch, he explains how everyday people may be able to acquire businesses that already have customers, cash flow, and systems in place.

Derek shares how he says he created approximately $2 million in wealth for his son in 12 months through real estate, reinvestment, and compounding assets — and why waiting for the perfect opportunity can keep people stuck. Pasted text

Joy explains the other side of wealth: protection. Making money and acquiring assets means little if improper business structure, lawsuits, probate, or poor estate planning can take away what you worked to build.

Together, they break down business acquisitions, seller financing, real estate, grants, life insurance, leverage, mindset, environment, estate planning, and why generational wealth requires more than simply making more money.

    In this episode:

    • The $10 trillion wealth transfer they believe most people are missing

    • Why retiring baby boomers may create opportunities to buy existing businesses

    • Buying profitable businesses instead of starting from scratch

    • How seller financing works

    • How Derek says he built $2M in wealth for his son in 12 months

    • Why starting small can still create major wealth

    • Trusts, holding companies, and protecting assets

    • Using 401(k)s, HELOCs, grants, insurance, and partnerships as leverage

    • Why they prefer “our people’s money” over “other people’s money”

    • How one student reportedly received a $200K nonprofit grant

    • Why environment can change your financial trajectory

    • What happens when family or your partner doesn’t understand your vision

    • Why estate planning matters before it’s too late

    • Financial independence for women

    • Legacy and financial responsibility for men

    • Why mindset starts the process and momentum keeps it going

    • How identity, consistency, and small daily actions can change your future

Financial, legal, tax, real estate, insurance, and investment strategies discussed in this episode reflect the guests’ experiences and perspectives. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

  • ITV #269: How to Get $100K in Business Funding with a 600 Credit Score | Inside The Vault

What if a 600 credit score doesn’t automatically disqualify you from getting serious business funding?

Brandon Jackson and Tevin Facey of Millionaire Essentials join Ash Cash inside the vault to break down how entrepreneurs can use credit, business funding and leverage to access capital—and more importantly, what to do with the money once you get it. They explain why your credit score is only one piece of the funding equation, how CDFIs may provide opportunities for borrowers who don’t fit traditional bank standards, and why a strong business plan can matter just as much as the number on your credit report.

The conversation goes much deeper than getting approved. Brandon and Tevin explain how entrepreneurs can use 0% business credit cards, lines of credit and other forms of capital to grow businesses, invest in real estate and create cash flow without falling into the trap of using debt to pay debt. They also share a client example in which they say $200,000 in funding was used to purchase and flip real estate, resulting in more than $500,000 in returns.

    In this episode:

    • How a 600 credit score may still qualify for certain funding opportunities

    • What CDFIs are and how they work

    • Why a 750 credit score doesn’t guarantee approval

    • What lenders actually look for beyond your score

    • Business credit cards vs. lines of credit vs. loans

    • How 0% introductory business credit can be used strategically

    • Why you should never use debt just to pay other debt

    • How credit utilization affects your funding profile

    • Why a business plan matters before you borrow money

    • How to research banks before applying

    • Using business funding for real estate and group homes

    • Why mentorship and relationships can accelerate your business

    • How Millionaire Essentials built a seven-figure business through partnership and community

    • The difference between access to capital and actually building wealth

  • ITV #268: She Says Getting $1 Million in Business Funding Is Easier Than Making It | Inside The Vault

Summer Raphael joins Ash Cash inside the vault to break down what entrepreneurs need to know about business funding, taxes, credit, business structure and becoming more fundable.

After starting her financial career at a credit union, Summer gained experience in accounting, loan servicing, auto finance and tax preparation before becoming an entrepreneur herself.

  • ITV #267: AI is Killing Tech Jobs but He Used It To Make $500k a Year & Retire at 28 | Inside The Vault

Tayo Lusi joins Ash Cash inside the vault to break down how he went from struggling in tech with debt, low credit and limited income to building a cloud engineering career that paid him as much as $489,000 in a single year — and retiring from corporate America at just 28.

His biggest lesson: the problem wasn’t only debt. It was income potential.

  • ITV #266: She Went From $110K a Year to $60K-$80K a Month as a Nurse Practitioner | Inside The Vault

Dr. Ebonie Tillery joins Ash Cash inside the vault to break down how nurse practitioners can stop thinking of their license as just a qualification for a job — and start treating it like a business asset.

After years of working long shifts, traveling, missing time with her son, and dealing with burnout, Ebonie started exploring 1099 contracting and remote healthcare opportunities.

    That decision changed everything.

She says she went from earning about $110,000 a year in a traditional role to building multiple state licenses, stacking contracts, and earning $60,000–$80,000 in some months. Her turning point was realizing that more licenses could create access to more patients, more contracts, and more income.

In this episode, Ebonie breaks down:

    • W-2 vs. 1099 nurse practitioner work

    • How she went from 4 licenses to 25 — and later 30

    • Finding remote healthcare contracts

    • Why multiple state licenses can expand opportunity

    • Building a cash-based virtual practice

    • How nurse practitioners can work from home

    • Hiring other NPs as contractors

    • How non-medical business owners may participate in the business side of virtual healthcare

    • A student who went from 5 to 50 licenses and landed a government contract

    • Why nurses may be leaving money and time on the table

    • Transitioning from employee to business owner

    • Why mentorship still matters at every level

    • Starting a virtual practice for under $5K, according to Ebonie

One of her biggest messages is simple: your degree does not have to trap you inside one job, one schedule, or one income ceiling.

Ebonie is helping nurse practitioners rethink what ownership, flexibility, and financial freedom can look like.

Healthcare rules, licensing requirements, business structures, and scope-of-practice laws vary by state. This episode reflects Ebonie’s experience and educational perspective and is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.

  • ITV #265: Heather Lindsey Turned $800 Into $80K in 7 Months With Options Trading | Inside The Vault
Heather Lindsey joins Ash Cash for a powerful conversation about faith, money, options trading, mindset, and learning how to make your money work for you.

Heather shares her journey from traveling the world as a speaker and author to building The Busy Trader and teaching people how to approach the stock market in a way that fits their lifestyle.

She also breaks down one of her most eye-opening trading examples: Heather says she started with $800, continued trading that amount while moving profits into a high-yield savings account, and grew the account to roughly $80,000 over seven months.

In this episode, Heather explains how options trading works, her Five Minute Trader system, LEAPS, taking profits off the table, converting trading profits into long-term investments, and why having more money does not automatically make someone a better trader.

She also reveals how she traded to fund a roughly $65,000 family trip instead of using earned income and why she believes beginners should learn, practice with paper trading, and build the skill before increasing their risk.

But this conversation goes far beyond the stock market.

Heather and Ash discuss faith and finances, scarcity mindsets, childhood trauma, burnout, obedience, generosity, identity, and why building wealth should create freedom and impact—not become another form of bondage.

Educational content only. Trading and investing involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Results discussed are Heather’s reported experiences and are not guaranteed.

  • He Makes Six Figures a Month Brokering Cars Without Owning a Dealership | Inside The Vault

He built relationships before he built wealth—and those relationships became the foundation for everything that came after.

Salim Khan, aka Cash, joins Ash Cash inside the vault for a raw conversation about making money, losing it, rebuilding, and learning the difference between looking successful and actually building wealth.

Cash explains how he went from felony probation and working valet at Lenox Mall to real estate, restaurants, commercial property, and a car-brokering business he says can generate six figures in a month.

While other valet workers focused on tips, Salim focused on contacts and business cards. Those relationships later became access to dealerships, clients, capital, and opportunities.

He breaks down how a $250 referral introduced him to car brokering, how he negotiated his first $3,000 commission, and why relationships became one of his most valuable assets.

Salim also opens up about making roughly his first million in real estate before the 2008 crash—and losing everything.

    In this episode:

    • Six-figure months brokering cars

    • His first $3,000 car commission

    • Why relationships can become currency

    • The truth about restaurant profits

    • Why brick-and-mortar businesses are so difficult

    • His commercial real estate strategy

    • Choosing a building over a $110K chain

    • Calculated risk vs. gambling

    • Faith, Ramadan & rebuilding

    • Moving from hustle to systems, ownership and legacy

This conversation is about more than making money.

It’s about keeping it, multiplying it, and building something that lasts.

  • ITV #263: He Built a Million Dollar Land Business Buying Properties for as Little as $300 | Inside The Vault

What if one of the most overlooked wealth-building opportunities in America has been sitting right underneath our feet?

Real estate developer and Land Bank University founder Charles Noonan returns to Inside the Vault with Ash Cash to break down how everyday people can use vacant land, land banks, seller financing, and development to build income and generational wealth.

Charles explains how growing up in the Bronx and discovering that a property purchased in his name had generated roughly $48,000 in Section 8 income changed the way he looked at real estate forever.

Today, he teaches investors how to find opportunities most people overlook.

In this episode, Charles breaks down how land banks work, where properties can sometimes be acquired for under $1,000, and multiple ways to monetize land without immediately building a house.

    He shares strategies including:

    • Buying and reselling inexpensive land

    • Seller financing for monthly income

    • Keeping the deed until a property is paid off

    • Creating income from truck parking

    • Building homes from the ground up

    • Finding tax-sale and land-bank opportunities

    • Using trusts to protect generational wealth

Charles also explains why he believes development creates more wealth than traditional fix-and-flip investing—and he does NOT hold back when Ash asks about the popular BRRRR strategy.

    His response?

    “The BRRRR strategy is trash.”

The conversation goes deeper than money.

Charles explains why he believes ownership equals freedom, why land matters to the future of Black wealth, and why AI and automation make owning assets increasingly important.

He also takes Ash inside Let’s Build Birmingham, where investors learn to acquire land, build homes, develop communities, and connect with lenders and contractors.

Near the end, Charles shares a real example of helping acquire properties for as little as $300 that were later sold for $3,000.

This is a masterclass on building wealth from the ground up—literally.

  • ITV #262: How One House Can Make $12,800/Month Without Airbnb or Long-Term Tenants | Inside The Vault

What if the real estate cash-flow strategy you’ve been overlooking isn’t Airbnb, wholesaling, flipping, or a traditional rental?

Lynette, founder of Group Homes for Newbies, joins Ash Cash inside the vault to break down how shared housing can turn unused bedrooms into income while providing housing to veterans, returning citizens, seniors, people with disabilities, and other underserved communities.

In this episode, she walks Ash through the numbers.

Using an eight-bedroom home as an example, Lynette explains how placing two beds in each room at approximately $800 per bed could produce $12,800 per month in gross revenue before expenses.

But the money is only part of the story.

Lynette became a teenage mother, lost both parents by age 19, worked as a correctional officer, later lost her job, and eventually found herself with $10,000 in savings and limited employment options.

That’s when she returned to something she had witnessed inside the prison system: people who were eligible for release but had nowhere to go.

She started inside her own four-bedroom home, placed six beds upstairs, built relationships with re-entry coordinators and community organizations, and says she filled all six beds within her first month.

From there, she expanded into rental arbitrage, eventually grew to seven homes, launched a non-medical home care agency, and began teaching others how to enter the shared-housing business.

    Lynette also breaks down:

    • How getting paid by the bed works

    • Finding residents with recurring benefit income

    • Building referral relationships with prisons, hospitals and social workers

    • Why proper resident vetting matters

    • Rental arbitrage vs. owning the property

    • How she scaled to seven homes

    • Why ownership became her ultimate strategy

    • Her plan to develop 100+ properties in Mississippi

    • Turning cash flow into community impact and generational wealth

This conversation is about more than real estate.

It’s about identifying a problem, creating a solution, building cash flow, and using ownership to change lives—including your own.

Tony opens up about his transformation from the streets to marriage, business, authorship, coaching, and building more than 100 income streams. He explains why he credits his wife with helping save his life, how accountability changed him, and why stronger relationships can also create stronger financial outcomes.

    The conversation then gets controversial.

Tony argues that social media has given broken and unhealed people microphones—and that relationship advice rooted in pain can drive men and women further apart.

He also speaks directly about people using God as a business model, false teachers, spiritual manipulation, and why invoking faith for profit without integrity is dangerous.

Tony reflects on his disagreement with Kevin Samuels, the responsibility that comes with influencing millions, and why he believes your private life eventually catches up with your public image.

He also breaks down how he monetized his gifts across books, courses, apps, products, insurance, and other businesses; why speed matters in entrepreneurship; and how he built longevity through consistency instead of chasing virality.

Later, Ash and Tony discuss fake expertise, people teaching before they have actually mastered what they teach, the value of transparency, and why Tony refuses to call himself an “expert” or “guru.”

The episode closes with Tony’s newest mission: The Destiny App, The Purpose Arc, living your God-given purpose, and why purpose and abundance belong together.

  • ITV #260: Haitian CEO Helped Everyday People Secure $100M in Funding by Leveraging the Bank’s Money | Inside The Vault

What if bad credit isn’t the real problem—but a symptom of not understanding how money, credit, leverage, and banking relationships actually work?

Haitian CEO joins Ash Cash inside the vault for a wealth-building masterclass on how everyday people can use credit strategically, build relationships with banks, access business funding, acquire cash-flowing assets, and eventually move from relying on personal credit to letting the business stand on its own.

After earning a master’s degree and making $39,000 a year, he discovered mentorship, business funding, and the power of leveraging the bank’s money. Since then, he says he has helped everyday people secure more than $100 million in funding while building Bella Sloan Enterprises and Bella Sloan Academy.

In this episode, Haitian CEO breaks down credit scores, banking relationships, credit card stacking, CDFI and SBA lending, business acquisitions, and why getting funding is only the beginning.

    The real goal? Cash flow.

He shares how he used leverage to purchase real estate, how a Cleveland duplex helped him replace part of his job income, and why buying existing businesses from retiring owners could create major opportunities for the next generation of entrepreneurs.

The conversation also dives into mentorship, delegation, AI, systems, and legacy. Haitian CEO explains how hiring the right operator helped him reach his first million-dollar year, how one mentee grew to $40 million in assets, and the financial blueprint he wants to pass down to his daughters and grandchildren.

This episode is bigger than credit.

It’s about learning the rules, creating leverage, buying assets, building cash flow, and having the discipline to execute.

  • ITV #259: India Woods Makes Up to $20K a Month Dancing But Says It’s a Trap | Inside the Vault

What happens when fast money starts costing you more than it gives you?

India Woods joins Ash Cash inside the vault for an honest conversation about money, identity, motherhood, faith, entrepreneurship, and the real price of the lifestyle that first made her money.

India opens up about graduating high school with a 4.5 GPA, becoming a dancer almost by accident, and quickly seeing the money go from a few hundred dollars to thousands. But behind the income came a side most people never see: five DUIs, a broken sleep schedule, time away from her children, postpartum depression, identity struggles, and the feeling that the club had become a trap.

She also breaks down why leaving isn’t as simple as “just stop” when dancing can bring in roughly $2,500-$5,000 a week and support not only you, but your family.

The conversation then shifts to the next version of India: rebuilding her personal brand, landing a Savage Fenty opportunity, growing an audience of more than 100,000 followers, launching Pherfectly Balanced on Amazon, building a luxury vehicle fleet, learning investing, and finding ways to replace fast money with sustainable income.

India also reveals that she has experienced having more than $100,000 and then less than $2,000, why she wishes she had saved more, and why her biggest goal now is not simply making money—it’s creating peace, building businesses, helping other women, becoming a therapist, giving back, and eventually walking away from the club for good.

This is a raw conversation about what happens when success, survival, faith, motherhood, money, and purpose all collide.

  • ITV #258: Marvin Mitchell Built a $12M Business With AI and No U.S. Employees | Inside The Vault

What if the biggest threat to your wealth isn’t how much you make—but what you were never taught about keeping, protecting, and multiplying it?

Marvin Mitchell returns to Inside the Vault with Ash Cash to break down the wealth strategies most people never learn in school, at work, or from the traditional financial system.

After more than 20 years as a financial advisor, Marvin says the biggest shift is not always learning something new—it’s unlearning the financial habits that keep people retirement rich but cash poor.

In this episode, Marvin breaks down the difference between a debtor, saver, and wealth creator; why your money can’t grow beyond your mindset; how wealthy people use leverage instead of constantly liquidating assets; and why high earners can still struggle with lifestyle creep.

He also opens up about receiving a $1.3 million tax bill and says that after investing in high-level tax expertise, he was able to reduce the bill to under $200,000.

Then the conversation turns to AI.

Marvin says his coaching business generated $12 million without a single U.S. employee—using AI and overseas team members to keep payroll low while scaling operations. He explains why entrepreneurs should learn tools like ChatGPT, Grok and Perplexity, and why AI should be treated as an amplifier for your knowledge instead of just a shortcut.

Marvin and Ash also discuss mentorship, real estate tax strategies, trusts, estate planning, infinite banking, protecting wealth across generations, and why the answer to your next level may not be “how”—it may be “who.”

  • ITV #257: Delphine Bryant Made $1 Million in 14 Months— Now Kids Are Building the Dynasty | Inside the Vault

Delphine Bryant came to America from Africa in 1998 without even having a place to stay.

She worked as a live-in nanny, cleaned houses, worked in a nursing home for $5.75 an hour, picked up shifts at Church’s Chicken, braided hair on the weekends, and worked seven days a week.

She eventually saved as much as $80,000—then lost the money after opening a beauty supply store without understanding one of the most important rules in business: location.

But that loss wasn’t the end of her story.

Delphine became a nurse, entered real estate, learned how to use cash-out refinancing to acquire additional properties and says that within 14 months, she had made her first $1 million.

Today, Delphine has built a real estate portfolio of more than 216 properties, developed hundreds of luxury homes, and created a family operation focused on generational wealth. Her eldest son is a licensed real estate agent and general contractor, her 20-year-old son earned his real estate license at 18 while studying architecture, and her youngest is studying residential construction.

In this episode of Inside the Vault, Ash Cash sits down with Delphine and her three sons to unpack the mindset and strategy behind building a family dynasty.

They discuss surviving breast cancer and divorce, forgiveness, faith, transitioning from nursing into development, paying $40,000 to learn land subdivision, using assets to pay for liabilities, protecting wealth through LLCs and trusts, teaching children financial discipline, building luxury homes for celebrity and athlete clients, and why Delphine focuses on owning houses instead of chasing a specific net-worth number.

Delphine also explains why some of her properties are completely paid off, how she teaches her sons to think about loans and exit strategies, and why knowledge—not just money—is what truly creates generational wealth.

  • ITV #256: Jullien Gordon Made $20 Million w/ Webinars- Now AI Builds Them in Under an Hour | Inside The Vault

What if the reason you’re not making more money isn’t because you need another business, degree, or hustle—but because you haven’t learned how to communicate your value at scale?

Julien Gordon has helped generate more than $20 million through webinars, including over $10 million through a single webinar he ran for years. Now, he says AI has helped transform a process that once took roughly 40 hours into one that can produce a webinar script and slides in under an hour.

In this episode of Inside the Vault, Ash Cash sits down with Julien to break down the psychology, strategy, faith, and technology behind turning expertise into income.

Jullien explains why entrepreneurs need to stop “posting and praying,” why likes and comments don’t necessarily translate into customers, and how webinars can create a one-to-many sales experience that builds trust while helping potential clients experience your expertise.

He also breaks down his 40/30/20/10 webinar framework, the importance of resetting beliefs before teaching, why your offer should be created before your slides, and how psychological triggers like proof, reciprocity, FOMO, scarcity, identity, and pre-framing influence buying decisions.

Using his AI-powered Webinar Wealth Builder, Jullien takes Ash’s Book Rich concept and creates the positioning, audience profile, framework, webinar copy, script, and a 79-slide presentation in minutes.

Jullien also shares client examples, including one he says generated $934,000 in six months, another who generated more than $200,000 in five days, and a real estate developer who added roughly $250,000 in webinar revenue on the side.

Your knowledge can be somebody else’s solution. The question is whether you’re willing to stop hiding it.

  • ITV #255: Charisse Mills Turned $2,900 in Rent Money into a Million-Dollar Business | Inside The Vault

Charisse Mills turned $2,900 meant for rent into a million-dollar business—but her story includes much more than entrepreneurship.

In this episode of Inside the Vault with Ash Cash, Charisse opens up about discovering her voice as a teenager, studying at Manhattan School of Music, creating her own “pop opera” lane, and refusing to let the entertainment industry put her in a box.

While still in college, she built a modeling agency managing nearly 83 models and made her first million dollars before graduating. Later, she risked her $2,900 rent money on roughly 50 waist trainers, sold out in one week, reinvested the profits, and grew the operation from her apartment into a Harlem brownstone with employees and thousands of orders.

Charisse also gets vulnerable about losing everything, living in her best friend’s basement for two years, rebuilding through faith, motherhood, and entrepreneurship, and learning when it is time to pivot.

Ash and Charisse also discuss reality TV, relationships, Airbnb, multiple streams of income, children’s music, the Royalty Kids Network, investing, AI, product businesses, marketing, and why starting over does not mean starting from nothing.

This conversation is about knowing when to create, pivot, rebuild, and bet on yourself again.

  • ITV #254: $52 Million in Business Funding- Here's How the Game Works | Inside The Vault

He helped entrepreneurs secure more than $52 MILLION in capital—and now Stedman Waiters is breaking down how the business funding game actually works.

In this episode of Inside the Vault with Ash Cash, Stedman explains how he went from professional football and an $80K engineering career to building Waiters Capital into a multimillion-dollar funding company.

Stedman pulls back the curtain on what banks actually look for, why entrepreneurs get denied, and how funding brokers connect business owners with lenders without putting up their own money. He breaks down 0% business funding, revenue-based lending, business lines of credit, SBA loans, equipment financing, CDFIs, bank relationships, and personal credit.

But getting access to money is only part of the game.

Stedman also shares how he transitioned from his 9-to-5 without recklessly quitting, why investing in mentorship accelerated his success, how marketing became the engine behind his seven-figure business, and the **3 M’s—More, Metrics & Manpower—**that he uses to scale businesses.

Ash and Stedman also discuss becoming the first millionaire in your family, why success can become lonely, acquiring existing businesses during the generational wealth transfer, using credit as leverage, and why entrepreneurs who learn to use AI may gain a major advantage.

    The biggest lesson?

Banks are lending. The question is whether you understand how to position yourself—and your business—to access the capital.

  • ITV #253: From $250 to a Million-Dollar Empire: How Chris Sain Built His Own Economy | Inside The Vault

Chris Sain started investing with just $250. Today, he has built one of the largest independent financial education communities in the world—without waiting for Wall Street, a television network, or a major corporation to validate him.

In this episode of Inside the Vault with Ash Cash, Chris explains how he turned financial education into a million-dollar ecosystem through trust, transparency, consistency, and service.

From building the Quiet Wealth Club and a paid community of more than 90,000 members to broadcasting from the New York Stock Exchange, Chris proves that ownership will always outperform permission.

He delivers an urgent message for anyone still sitting on the financial sidelines: you can no longer afford not to invest.

Chris explains how beginners can start with what they have, use fractional shares, explore ETFs, pay off debt, build a business, and gradually increase their investments. He also reveals how he created 11 income streams without running 11 unrelated businesses by building one vertically integrated ecosystem.

This conversation also covers AI, corporate layoffs, retiring at 35, maintaining his marriage while building an empire, staying connected to his community, following purpose over pressure, and protecting first-generation wealth from the “Black tax.”

Chris Sain did not simply build an audience. He built his own platform, economy, and movement.

  • ITV #252: He Was Put on Child Support at 12-- Now He's Taking The System to Congress | Inside The Vault

He was put on child support at just 12 years old.

By the time Lionel “TJ” Tillman learned what had happened, he says he was already $24,000 in debt—despite the court determining that he had not reached puberty when the child was conceived.

After fighting the case for more than two decades, proving that the process involved extrinsic fraud, and eventually recovering his money, TJ is no longer focused solely on his personal battle.

Now, he is taking the system to Congress.

In this powerful episode of Inside the Vault with Ash Cash, TJ introduces the proposed Bringing Families Back Together and Child Support Equity Act of 2027—a bill created to promote equal parenting, due process, financial fairness, transparency, and healthier relationships between children and both fit and present parents.

Ash and TJ examine some of the most controversial questions surrounding family court and child support:

Can someone be held financially responsible without being the biological father?

Why are some parents learning about child-support orders only after their wages are garnished?

Are government incentives helping families—or rewarding separation?

And why should a parent who is actively fighting to be present automatically be treated like an absent parent?

TJ also makes one thing clear: this is not a “get out of responsibility” movement. He believes parents who refuse to support their children should be held accountable.

His fight is for fairness, equal parenting, proper notice, due process, and a system that puts the well-being of children ahead of conflict between adults.

This is not about mothers versus fathers.

It is about choosing the children.

Watch until the end to learn how you can support the petition, help bring the proposed legislation before Congress, and become part of a national movement to strengthen families.
