She has a background in movement as a yoga instructor and a lifelong journey in her own healing, which she now pours into her community. Inner work and spirituality have always called to her and will continue to be her life&#39;s work. Today&#39;s tea is on releasing shame and embodying who you really are with Mohini. Mohini is currently doing a lot of virtual coaching containers in and around the San Diego community, guiding, healing, and teaching people and facilitating around deep embodiment work as well as healing and transformation. A big believer in abundance consciousness, she weaves that into everything she does as well. A multidimensional human being, Mohini worked as a speech pathologist for almost 12yrs. Communication, non-verbal language, emotions, and nervous system regulation were her jam for quite some time. She worked in schools, with adults in hospitals and clinical settings. Today we will dig very deep into the very real life that people live when it comes to moving from the shame that often comes from very traumatizing experiences. So, prepare yourself for a very deep, thoughtful conversation.

I have come a very long way in my journey and feel called to create this podcast to show what it means to come home to you and become whole once again, living from your soul. 

I’m here to create a life and a legacy of love. Ironically my last name means warrior, and I’ve always felt I was put here to be a warrior for women.
