Hi everyone this is gonna be a podcast for anyone and everyone to listen to who may be feeling either alone, unheard, or feel like they need someone to relate or even talk to. i’m gonna make this a safe space for anyone and will allow any topic to be brought up, mentioned, talked about, or even researched! mental health and self love and care will be one of my main topics i want to also bring you along on my journey of self love and care and possibly teach others how to take care of themselves and their mind.
