It’s less about someone intentionally trying to scare you or make you fearful for their own benefit and more about our own thoughts/beliefs and assumptions. Let&#39;s deal with the root of intimidation and take practical steps to overcome it so that we can walk confidently and fearlessly in the assignment that we&#39;ve been given.
