This podcast normalizes the responses to stress and trauma in frontline work and shares stories from real Wisconsin frontline workers. Depending on the wishes of the individual, some stories are anonymous while others participate in the podcast.
The hope is to increase resilience by reducing stigma for taking normal steps to heal from stress and trauma. The best way to increase longevity in stressful frontline careers is to be open to working on self when experiencing symptoms from stressful and traumatic experiences.
