• ...I Just Needed To Poop

What if that “blah” feeling isn’t just your mood—but your gut trying to get your attention?

In this episode, I’m sharing my personal wake-up call after realizing I had been eating way too much vegan junk food, feeling completely unmotivated, living in sweatpants and a ponytail, and—most importantly—hadn’t pooped in THREE days. 😂

It reminded me just how deeply connected our gut, brain, energy, and mood really are. We’re talking about the gut-brain connection, serotonin, dopamine, digestion, constipation, nutrition, and why what’s happening in your body can influence how you experience your life.

This isn’t about saying anxiety or depression is “all in your gut.” It’s about remembering that mental and physical wellness are not separate. Sometimes before we assume something is wrong with our life, we need to check in with the body that is living it.

Because your body is always communicating.

And sometimes the “I don’t feel like myself” feeling is simply an invitation to listen.

Your gut might have more to say about your mood than you realize. 🌿

  • GIRL! Go Ahead and Free Yourself

What if the parts of you that you were taught to hide are actually the very parts that hold your power?

Your sensuality. Your sexuality. Your pleasure. Your joy. Your ability to feel deeply, desire boldly, and let yourself be fully alive.

In this episode, we’re talking about “hoeing” as a reclamation of feminine freedom—not as a performance for anyone else, but as the divine feminine choosing to come home to her own body, her own desire, and her own joy.

Because pleasure is creative energy. Sensuality teaches you how to receive. Sexuality reconnects you with your life force. And joy opens you to the possibility that you don’t have to struggle for everything you desire.

When you stop being ashamed of your pleasure and start honoring it, you begin to move differently. You attract differently. You create differently. You manifest from a place of fullness instead of lack.

This is about releasing the shame, the conditioning, the “good girl” programming, and the belief that a woman has to shrink her desires to be worthy of love, respect, abundance, or spirituality.

It’s time to explore what happens when a woman gives herself permission to feel good, want more, receive fully, and live sensually.

Because maybe your pleasure isn’t the distraction from your purpose.

Maybe your pleasure is the portal. 🌹

  • I'm Trying To Sit Down Somewhere

What if the thing you've been chasing is waiting for you to slow down?

In this episode, I'm sharing why I've been learning to do less instead of more. Less forcing. Less hustling. Less trying to control every outcome. And surprisingly, that's when life has started feeling a whole lot sweeter.

We're talking about rest, stillness, trusting God's timing, and allowing the Universe to bring opportunities, relationships, and blessings without exhausting yourself trying to make everything happen. Because somewhere along the way, many of us were taught that if we're not busy, we're not productive. If we're resting, we're falling behind. If we're sitting still, we're wasting time.

But what if peace is productive?

What if your next breakthrough doesn't come from working harder, but from creating enough space to actually receive it?

Grab your tea, take a deep breath, and join me for a conversation about releasing the hustle, embracing the soft life, and learning that sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is sit down somewhere and enjoy the life you're building.

Because doing less might just help you receive more.

  • Eavesdropping at Pappadeaux Changed My Perspective

I was sitting at Pappadeaux enjoying my meal when I overheard a grown son lovingly fussing at his mama about taking her blood pressure medicine, eating regular meals, and making healthier choices. The problem wasn't that she didn't understand what he was saying—it was that she didn't know how to actually do anything differently.

In this episode, we're talking about the gap between health advice and real life. Why "eat healthier" isn't always helpful, why so many women feel overwhelmed by nutrition, and how small, simple changes can make a bigger difference than another lecture ever could.

If you've ever stood in the grocery store wondering what you're actually supposed to eat, this conversation is for you. We're choosing guidance over guilt, support over shame, and practical wellness over perfection. 💛

  • Your Great-Grandma Wouldn’t Eat That Fruit

This episode started with a casual grocery store trip and ended with me questioning modern fruit altogether.

Because why did one of my gentleman friends proudly tell me he only eats seedless grapes and watermelon… and my spirit immediately got concerned?

We’re talking seedless fruit, GMO foods, weird grocery store produce, fertility, minerals, local food, and why these watermelons online are looking more and more like science experiments.

Baby, when you cut open a watermelon and it look like insulation foam, we need to have a conversation.

In this episode we’re getting into:

    • why fruits naturally have seeds

    • how modern food has become more about convenience than nourishment

    • the spiritual symbolism of seeds, abundance, and fertility

    • mineral deficiencies and disconnected eating

    • why locally grown food just feels different

    • and why your great-grandmama probably knew more about nutrition than half the internet

This is funny, soulful, slightly petty, and lowkey serious all at the same time.

Also — summertime doula clients are officially open, so if you’ve been craving more holistic womb support, softness, grounding, and reconnecting with your body naturally… this episode is definitely for you.

  • Babbbby Birth Control Had Me Bloated & Gave Me Belly Fat

I started the birth control pill thinking I was about to become one of those organized, responsible adult women… whole time my hormones was downstairs fighting in the kitchen. Suddenly I was starving every five minutes, crying over TikToks, craving fries like a woman in a medieval famine, and wondering why my jeans started fitting like they were holding a personal grudge against me. In today’s episode, I’m talking about my experience gaining weight on the pill, the mood swings, bloating, cravings, emotional chaos, and how I realized maybe I wasn’t “lazy” or “dramatic” — maybe my body was reacting to hormonal birth control. We’re getting into the side effects nobody really warns women about, learning how to listen to your body, and the natural, holistic things women use to support their hormones and metabolism after coming off the pill. Because baby… sometimes it’s not you. Sometimes it’s your hormones acting like unpaid interns.

  • Instagram: The Toxic EX You Can't Leave Alone

In this episode we’re talking about burnout, overstimulation, survival mode, and why I finally realized social media had my nervous system out here fighting invisible battles all day.

Like baby… one minute I’m opening Instagram to “check one thing” and thirty minutes later my cortisol levels are tap dancing, I’m comparing my life to strangers in Tulum, and suddenly I feel behind in life for no reason at all.

We’re getting into what constant scrolling, noise, bad news, comparison culture, and being chronically online can actually do to your mind and body — especially as women already carrying the weight of motherhood, healing, work, relationships, and everyday life.

I’m sharing how taking a social media break helped me feel calmer, softer, more present, more connected to myself spiritually, emotionally, and creatively… and how stillness honestly became one of the most healing things I could give myself.

Because sometimes you’re not lazy, unmotivated, or “crazy.”

Your nervous system is just tired of being electronically harassed.

This episode feels like a deep exhale, a porch conversation, and a reminder that peace is still available to you.

So grab your tea, sit down somewhere quiet, and come reset with me for a minute.

  • I Thought I Was Crazy...Nope...It Was The Birth Control

This episode is for the girls who got on birth control and suddenly started feeling real unfamiliar with themselves.

We’re talking about the pill, the ring, the Depo shot, random crying spells, getting irritated over absolutely nothing, anxiety, feeling emotionally all over the place, disconnected from your body, and realizing maybe it’s not just “stress” after all… maybe your hormones are in distress.

I’m sharing my own experience after getting engaged and starting birth control thinking I was just being responsible whole time that little ring had me ready to argue because somebody was breathing too loud. I talk about how it affected my mood, nervous system, emotions, and how getting off of it made me feel like myself again almost immediately.

We’re also getting into the side effects women are rarely warned about and why listening to your body and intuition matters way more than people think.

If you’ve been feeling off, emotional, exhausted, anxious, numb, or just not like YOU since starting hormonal birth control… baby this episode is for you.

    Your body talks.

    Your hormones talk.

  • Girl, It Was My Iron

In this episode, I’m sharing how I thought I was just tired from motherhood, stress, and hormones… but baby, it was my iron. Nobody tells you that during perimenopause and menopause your body can start whispering for help before it starts screaming. I’m talking about dragging through the day, brain fog, low energy, feeling disconnected from yourself, and then walking into the vitamin aisle only to realize there’s fiftyleven different kinds of iron and no clue what your body actually needs. We’re getting into ferritin, folate, the foods that truly nourish us, and the womb wisdom of slowing down long enough to listen to your body. This episode feels like a warm kitchen-table conversation for the women who are tired of surviving and ready to feel alive again.

  • Turns Out My Womb Had Receipts From Every Relationship

In this episode, I’m opening up about a real part of my healing journey—how I came to realize my womb wasn’t just going through physical things, it was also holding onto some emotional weight from my past.

I share how my understanding of love started in childhood and how that quietly showed up in my relationships with men—having me shrink myself, question my worth, and move in ways that didn’t fully reflect who God created me to be.

This is a gentle but honest conversation about emotional patterns, what we carry in our bodies, and what it actually looks like to heal beyond just the surface.

I talk about the moment things started to shift for me… when I made the decision that I truly deserved love and a beautiful life—and how that choice began to change not just my mindset, but how I felt in my body too.

We close with a soothing prayer to Yemoja, asking for release, healing, and a return to softness and peace.

If you’ve been feeling a little heavy, a little off, or stuck in patterns you’re ready to outgrow, this episode is your invitation to slow down, check in with yourself, and gently let go of what’s no longer yours.

Because healing your womb also means healing what it’s been holding.

  • I Started Hacking My Hormones and Honestly… She’s Acting Right Now

I started hacking my hormones and I need to report back immediately.

Because why did nobody tell me perimenopause could make you feel like a completely different person? I was out here taking vitamins, doing the most, and still wondering why I felt off.

So I switched it up, started using my new Flow peri formula on myself consistently, and I’ve been tracking the changes all month.

And when I say I feel calmer, lighter, more regular (yes, we’re talking digestion), and actually patient at home… I mean it.

This episode is me sharing what’s been shifting, what I’ve learned, and why getting to the root of your hormones might be the thing that changes everything.

  • The Algorithm Had Me in a Chokehold

In this episode, I’m getting real about how I caught myself slipping—scrolling way too much, overstimulated, distracted, and honestly out of alignment. I had to have a come-to-Jesus moment with myself like “Ana… what are we doing?” 😭

We’re talking about how social media and the news keep us stuck in anxiety, survival mode, and mental clutter—and how easy it is to start using it as an escape instead of actually dealing with our real lives.

I share why protecting my peace is deeper than just a vibe, how what we consume affects our spirit and nervous system, and why I had to log out and take my power back. Because baby, the algorithm had me—but I’m back now.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, distracted, or just off… this is your reminder to put the phone down and come back to yourself.

Because everything doesn’t deserve your attention—and peace is the real flex. 💅🏾

  • That Pixie Cut Almost Took Me Out

I almost went and got me a cute Toni Braxton pixie cut… and baby, it had me ready. But something in me said pause.

In this episode, I’m talking about how a simple hair decision turned into a deeper conversation about womb wellness, relaxers, and the things we’ve normalized as Black women without always questioning the long-term effects.

As a third-generation hairstylist, I’ve seen it all—but once I started learning about the possible links between chemical relaxers, fibroids, and hormone disruption… I couldn’t unsee it.

So now we’re asking the real question—

Is the hairstyle worth the risk?

This is a real, honest, no-judgment conversation about beauty, culture, and protecting your body in every season.

Be safe out here. Your womb is listening. 💫

  • Stop Talking Yourself Out of What You Want

Today’s episode is one of them quiet realizations that hit deep.

I’m sharing a real moment from planning a girls trip where I caught myself about to talk myself out of something I actually wanted—just because I assumed somebody else wouldn’t like it. And just like that, I was ready to shrink, adjust, and move on like it didn’t matter.

    But it did.

We’re getting into how people-pleasing really shows up… not always loud, but in the small ways you silence yourself, deny your desires, and choose comfort over truth. And how those patterns don’t just affect your life—they sit in your body, in your womb, creating imbalance and disconnection over time.

This is about breaking that cycle in real time.

This is about choosing yourself in the moment it actually counts.

This is about rebalancing your nervous system by no longer abandoning yourself.

And if you’ve been feeling off, disconnected, drained, or just not like yourself… this is your reminder that it’s deeper than surface level.

You don’t need to figure this out alone.

    Book me as your doula.

Not just for birth—but for your healing, your womb, your nervous system, your becoming.

Because you need support walking back to yourself… and I’m that.

  • My Womb: The Gateway to the Soft Life

My womb is not just sitting there minding her business. She’s a whole portal. A gateway. And I was out here moving like it was just a body part, letting stress, people, and emotions run wild through me like it didn’t matter.

In this episode, I’m talking about how I went from being disconnected, stressed out, and stuck in survival mode… to realizing my womb holds my power, my peace, my intuition—everything.

Because once it clicked for me that my womb is a portal, I had to move different.

Who I let around me? Different.

How I handle my emotions? Different.

How I care for myself? Way different.

    We getting into:

    • why your womb is deeper than just physical
    • how energy and people can affect your womb space
    • why you feel off sometimes and don’t even know why
    • and how to start protecting your peace for real

If your life been feeling chaotic, heavy, or just not aligned… this might be why.
