I'm sharing you a personal story on how i've learnt the handstand, but the purpose is not to motivate you to start hand balancing, but to explain how accomplishing a goal, can give us the momentum we need to thrive in life. 

Nonetheless, we should also appreciate the struggles and the difficulties on the journey towards the goal, cultivating virtues as patience, consistent hard work and belief in ourselves. These are the greatest lessons that can help us in life and you can cultivate them in small things first as learning a handstand!
