From the Archives: The Fervent Farewell | February 2020

Before Fervent Church ever held a Sunday service, before we moved to Texas, and before we knew what the next six years would hold, we gathered with family and friends in Tucson for one final night together.

This message was recorded at our Fervent Farewell in February 2020 as we shared the vision God had placed on our hearts to plant a church so that people may know Jesus.

Listening back six years later is pretty incredible.

We talked about faith when you can’t see what’s on the other side. We talked about taking another lap when nothing seems to be happening. We talked about not giving up, trusting God with what comes next, and even announced our planned launch date: September 20, 2020.

Six years later, as Fervent Church prepares to celebrate our anniversary on September 20, we’re opening the archives and sharing the message that helped send us out.

We had no idea what the next six years would look like.

God did.

And He’s been faithful every step of the way.
