• Phang vs. Blanche - The Epstein Files Transparency Act Lawsuit Part One

After months of promises, missed deadlines, disappearing documents, and a release that somehow exposed victims while still leaving major questions about what DOJ withheld, journalist and attorney Katie Phang sued Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche over the Epstein files.

In this episode, I get into Pam Bondi’s disastrous rollout, what the Epstein Files Transparency Act actually required, the records and redactions at the center of Phang’s lawsuit, and why DOJ is still arguing that it has already done enough.

  • The DeFeo Family Murders (The Amityville Horror Story)

Re-release and audio remaster of episode 9 that originally aired 9/28/2022.

Hi! I changed hosting platforms and several of my older episodes were deleted so I will be working through audio remastering and re releasing them over the next few months.

This week we talk about the murders of the DeFeo family. Was this caused by a demon? Or was this done by the eldest child, Ronald DeFeo Jr.? Once George and Kathy Lutz moved into the house after the murders, they fled leaving everything behind 28 days later. Their story inspired what we know today as the Amityville Horror.

  • Discharged to Die - Hospital Negligence and the Price of Being Ignored

Reasa Selph brought her son to the ER with the flu. They gave him fluids and sent him home. Two weeks later, his skin turned yellow, his body was failing, and the infection traced straight back to the IV they placed that day. The same hospital dismissed him... twice. By Christmas morning, he was being rushed to another facility, fighting for his life with sepsis. What came next wasn’t just a medical crisis - it was a cover-up, a lawsuit, and a mother’s refusal to stay quiet about the system that almost killed her child.

Reasa's story covers failures in patient safety and the lack of accountability in modern healthcare.

  • Chappaquiddick: The Night Ted Kennedy Left Mary Jo Kopechne Behind

In 1969, Senator Ted Kennedy drove off a bridge on Chappaquiddick Island, leaving 28-year-old Mary Jo Kopechne trapped in a submerged car. He passed several houses, swam across the channel, and waited ten hours before telling anyone. By the time help showed up, she was gone, and the spin was already in motion. What followed wasn’t justice. It was damage control.

  • Martha Moxley: Money, Murder, and the Kennedys - Part Three

In 1975, 15-year-old Martha Moxley was murdered in Belle Haven, Connecticut - a case later linked to the Kennedy family.

Martha was beaten to death with a golf club in her own backyard. The last person seen with her? The teenage son of one of the wealthiest families in Belle Haven—rich, connected, and untouchable. This should have been an easy case to solve, but from the moment Martha’s body was found, it was clear that only money and power would dictate what happened next.

  • Missing: Hannah Kobayashi

The night before this episode released (12/2), major updates came in. Hannah was seen on surveillance footage from U.S. Customs and Border Protection crossing into Mexico alone with her luggage. She appeared unharmed. She's now considered voluntarily missing, but authorities are still trying to confirm her safety. A short update episode will follow later today.

Hannah Kobayashi disappeared on November 11th after landing at LAX and missing her connecting flight to New York on the 8th. Hannah has freckles on her face and normally wears glasses. She has a tattoo of a heart with a knife on her inside right forearm and a passage on her back left shoulder.

Tragically, on November 23rd, after 13 days of searching for Hannah, her father Ryan passed away. RIP Ryan Kobayashi.

  • Paranormal and Petty: The Bell Witch Haunting

    Happy Halloween, Halloweenies!

When the Bell family moved to Adams, Tennessee, they didn’t sign up for America’s worst haunting. What followed was a spirit hellbent on terror, sabotage, and some serious petty revenge.

This week I cover the fucked up story of the Bell Witch, the spirit that tormented a family, spoke in full sentences, and became one of the craziest legends in American folklore.
