    If you're struggling with the aftermath of emotionally immature parents, then this is for you. I'll share with you tips on how to cope and heal from the damage that your parents have done. Whether you're a survivor of emotionally immature parenting or you're just curious, this episode is for you. Having a parent with unresolved issues can be difficult. So it is imperative that you know the trauma is not our fault.

    You may have had to deal with verbal or physical abuse, and it can be difficult to cope with these emotions. Find healthy ways to cope with your emotions, such as talking to a therapist. You were an innocent bystanders in your parents’ unhealed-ness, and you cannot blame yourself for their bad choices. Also recognize that you do not have to deal with your parents if you do not want to. It is okay to set boundaries if our parents are too toxic. It is important to have patience and compassion for your parents and to recognize that they are doing the best they can.
