-The options on ‘fraud’ were guilty, not guilty, and jury’s still out, and here was the assessment:

-Virginia Tech (jury’s out); Colorado (guilty); Clemson (guilty); Washington (guilty); Louisville (guilty); Penn State (guilty);

Missouri (guilty); USC (guilty); Tennessee (jury’s out); and Ole Miss (NOT guilty)
