Meet the guest: Dr. Sergio Arispe, an Associate Professor at Oregon State University, has extensive experience in livestock and rangeland management. He earned his Ph.D. in Animal Biology from UC Davis, focusing on reproductive and endocrine systems, and his M.S. in Agricultural Education from Texas A&M University. Dr. Arispe leads programs in sustainable beef production, quality assurance, and pre and post-fire grazing management.
