Ep. 28: Blueprint to a Millionaire – The Separation

Season 1 | Episode 28
3m | Aug 20, 2026

By this point, our first house had already seen enough—fighting, fear, abuse, and memories no child should have had to carry.

Then my mother and father separated.

My father went to stay with a friend up around Boca Raton in Palm Beach County, while my mother began looking for a new place for us to live. My grandmother had bought our first house as a wedding gift and was the one making the payments while my mother was sick.

Eventually, my mother found a new home that was still being built from the ground up. I remember seeing nothing but dirt and watching it slowly become a two-story, four-bedroom house.

To little Leah, it looked like a new beginning.

But a new house doesn’t automatically erase fear, pain, or everything you’ve already lived through.

This wasn’t just another childhood memory.

It was another piece of the Blueprint to a Millionaire.
