BROADCAST REGISTRATION & PUBLIC SERVICE NOTICE
Section 1 – Identification of Podcaster: This document certifies that the entity known as Damos Room (“the broadcaster”) is operating under the auspices of the Horse Militia Network, duly recognised for the dissemination of audio transmissions.
Section 2 – Purpose and Scope: The broadcaster hereby declares its mission to deliver irregular episodes of local information, news and music all in the service of communal un-constipated delight.
Section 3 – Target Audience and Keywords: By consumption of this broadcast you acknowledge you are one of the following:
- An adventurous CEO seeking buxom business advice,
- A commuter requiring information on the whereabouts of estranged son;
- A dry-skinned citizen wishing to comply with the rules and regulations of a certain Herbal Essence.
Section 4 – Episode Protocol & Legal Disclaimers:
4.1 Each episode may contain references to the Breadminster community, equestrian Ponzi schemes, uncategoris(z)able dialogues and field-recording remnants.
4.2 No guarantee is made that the content constitutes legal advice, though it may resemble the form of formal compliance text (or 'FORMS' - Factual Ordinance and Regular Mandatory Sanctions).
4.3 By listening you consent to the possibility of your normal expectations of talk-radio being suspended, and you accept that you may (at some point) do a small burp in your mouth, scratch your thigh, or both simultaneously.
4.4 Due to an unfortunate error in the very complex digital upload process, a choc ice has become the (now) permanent image for this podcast. Despite a lot of support and many attempts to remove and re-upload, the 'choc ice' still remains. The listener is not to acknowledge said choc ice, nor insinuate any relevance to this plain, sweet and often VERY chilly snack in subsequent shows (that will be understood almost immediately).
Section 5 – Distribution & Access: Episodes of Damos Room (Podcast) are distributed via heavy card pamphlet (500gsm) in the local area, but failing that the audio is also up (and in) a plethora of very capable streamable E-zones, with some even archived for future retrieval under a variety of great categories widely distributed around the web world.
Section 6 – Community Engagement Clause: The broadcaster invites participation from the listener-citizen: submit sound-objects, questions, peanuts of butter, governance questionnaire butter (formerly known as Lawyer's Ghee), but only then shall thine allow the broadcaster to reference you (with or without your consent) in future episodes, by said episoder.
Section 7 – Final Declaration: By tuning in, you formally declare that you have read this notice (make sure to read it again to check), that you understand the jurisdiction and communal responsibility applied herein, and you agree to be part of the network of Horse Militia. We hereby affirm: Viva Lórse. Viva Militia.
